Eligibility: Our courses and internships are open to law students, graduates, and professionals. Corporate services are offered to registered businesses and organizations.
Enrollment & Access: Enrollment is confirmed only after payment (where applicable) is received. Course access, materials, and certificates are for personal, non-commercial use and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.
Internships & Publications: Selection for internships and publication of research work is at Jurivine’s editorial discretion. Completion of tasks does not guarantee publication, a Letter of Recommendation, or job placement.
Publication Policy:
- All submissions must be original, unpublished work of the author(s) and free of plagiarism.
- Submissions undergo editorial review; Jurivine reserves the right to accept, reject, or request revisions, at its sole discretion. Acceptance is not guaranteed.
- Authors retain credit for their work. By submitting, authors grant Jurivine a non-exclusive right to host, edit, and publish the work on jurivine.com and its official channels.
- Any submission found to be plagiarized will be rejected; repeat violations may result in disqualification from current or future Jurivine programs.
- Publication is offered as a credential and portfolio opportunity, not a paid engagement, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
Corporate Services: Contract drafting, POSH training, ICC advisory, and compliance consulting are delivered based on the scope agreed in the specific engagement/proposal. Jurivine is not responsible for a client’s implementation of advice or documents beyond the agreed scope.
Intellectual Property: All course content, branding, and published material on jurivine.com belong to Jurivine unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of Liability: Jurivine provides educational and advisory services in good faith but does not guarantee specific outcomes (employment, legal proceedings, audit results, etc.).
Changes: We may update these Terms at any time; continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
